1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 salmon fillets with the skin and bones removed

4 sprigs of rosemary

Coarse salt, taste-test to find the appropriate amount

1 thinly sliced lemon

Directions:

Set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit your oven. In a baking dish, take half of your lemon slices and layer them across, distributing 2 sprigs of rosemary over them. Next, you’ll want to take your salmon fillets and place them on top of the lemon slices that you’ve just laid out. Distribute the remaining slices of lemon and the remaining two sprigs of rosemary over these fillets. What you’ve just created should be able to be described as a “lemon and rosemary sandwich with salmon in the middle.” Lastly, drizzle the olive oil over the tops of these lemon and salmon sandwiches.
